In the event of an emergency virtually anywhere in your home, simply push the red “Emergency Medical Alert” button on the ResponseLINK unit - or on the wrist or neck Smart Pendant. The call will be answered quickly by a caring professional who is trained to provide a rapid and appropriate response.

Emergency Response and Exclusive Non-Emergency Calling Service
Our standard service provides our subscriber's 24-7 monitoring with an immediate response by a ResponseLINK Care Attendant when the emergency button on the console or pendant is activated. In the event of an emergency, our Trained Care Attendant will immediately contact emergency personnel and caregivers and stay on the line with the subscriber until help arrives. As part of the standard service, and simply by pressing the non-emergency button, subscribers can talk with a Trained Care Attendant at any time during the day or night if they feel insecure or unsafe.
 
FREE General Reminders
Our Free General Reminders can be program as many times per day as needed to sound a tone and display a message reminding subscribers to take their medications or what ever they need to be reminded about.  Customizable to fit the subscriber's needs.

Secured Lockbox - Free with each system we install (part of SafetyLINK)
With each unit installed, ResponseLINK offers a free secured lockbox that hold a subscribers spare keys (up to five keys) so emergency personnel can enter the home without having to break a window or door when trying to enter the home to provide help.   This provides an additional layer of security and peace of mind.

Install Fee:                        $50.00  (one time fee)
We install each and every systems to make sure it is placed in the best possible area in the home.  We interview the subscriber by asking a series of questions that helps us determine the best placement of the system.  We then perform voice and pendant tests throughout the home to make sure that if someone has an emergency, we want to make sure that our operators will here them and that our subscriber's will hear us when we respond to their emergency.  We never ship the equipment to you expecting that you to set it up and to test it throughout your home.

SAFETYLINK PLUS     -     $49.95 per month

Our Premium Service offers all of the benefits and features of SafetyLINK, plus "operator assisted" reminders for as many times as needed per day!  Use any combination of the two services listed below and can be used as many times as needed!

Wellness checks  (Two-way voice)
The Wellness Verification service is a programmable feature that will open up a personalized conversation with a Care Attendant at our monitoring center.  The reminder times are specified by the subscriber and could include a morning wake-up, a nighttime tuck-in, a wellness check midday, a reminder to perform a specific type of health test, nutritional reminders or it can be customized to meet the needs of the subscriber.

Medication Reminders (Two-way voice)

The Medication Compliance Monitoring service provides subscribers and their caregivers with the assurance that all medications have been taken as prescribed.  A Care Attendant will immediately alert caregivers if the subscriber has not responded, or if compliance issues are detected.


Other Optional Services Provided by ResponseLINK of Utah

Fall Sensor - add $10.00 per month to basic service  /  One time set up fee of $25.00         
Automatic Fall Detection System that will summons help if a senior falls and may not have the presence of mind to press the pendant, like in Heart Attacks, Strokes, Black-outs, Epilepsy.  Can be worn around the neck or clips on a belt, shirt pocket or attached to a wheelchair or walker.  The subscriber would also be wearing the normal style Smart Pendant at the same time.
 

Motion Sensor  -  add $10.00 per month to basic service / One time set up fee of $25.00
Detects lack of activity at pre-determined times of day to ensure subscriber is up and active.   Mounts in a hallway in a corner at least 7 feet off the ground.  This sensor is "pet immune", meaning it will not pick up the movements of a 90 pound dog, if there was one in the home.  Example:  If the subscriber moves around the home at specific times of the day, ResponseLINK's Motion Sensor would detect those motions.  If the subscriber was unable to move around because of a stroke, the senor would detect a lack of inactivity during specific times and would alert the monitoring center and our operator would them attempt to contact the subscriber over the monitoring system to see if everything was OK.

Door Sensor -  add $10.00 per month to basic service / One time set up fee of $25.00   
Detects lack of activity at subscriber's doorway at pre-determined times of the day to insure subscriber is up and active.  This sensor would be mounted on a wall and on a door and when the door was opened during pre-determined times, it signals the base unit and then the monitoring center that all was well with the subscriber.   If doors were not opened during specific times during the day, a signal would be sent to the monitoring center and a monitoring operator would then try to communicate with the subscriber though the monitoring system to see if everything was OK.

MedLINK Medication Dispensers - Stand alone - $30.00 per month (dispenser only)
With the SafetyLINK Plus Monitoring - $64.95 per month

This automated medication dispenser is a convenient device that stores medication under lock and key and hold up to 28 days of medication.  You as a family member, can now have the peace of mind that your loved one will now be able to manage their medication schedule in a way that will help them remain at home.

The medication dispenser coupled with SafetyLINK Plus lets the monitoring center know if the subscriber has not taken their medications at a specified time.  A special chip has been engineered and placed in the medication dispenser (exclusive to ResponseLINK) that will notify the monitoring center if the subscriber has not opened the small door to get to the medications.  If the door is not opened after 30 minutes (for example), the medication dispenser will send a signal to the monitoring center through the base unit and a live operator will be able to check on the subscriber through the ResponseLINK system and encourage them to take their medication.  If there is no response from the subscriber, the operator will notify the responders to check on the subscriber or they will dispatch EMS.


Language Interpretation Services - Included in both SafetyLINK and SafetyLINK Plus
Language Fact:  About 6,700  languages are spoken in the world today in 228 countries.
Our Monitoring Center Offers interpretation services in over 148 different languages - the most commonly spoken languages around the world.  To ensure the best possible service, we continually update languages based on our evolving subscriber's needs. 

What this service means is; If your loved one speaks Afrikaans, Pampangan or any one of over 148 different languages, they will be able to communicate to our monitoring center in their native language.  The fact is: If someone needs help and that person speaks two or more languages, the person needing the help will want to speak in their native tongue.
