ResponseLINK of Utah's
Vial of Life
Program

Many years ago, the American Red Cross developed a quick help emergency medical information item that would speak for you if you could not speak for yourself.  This information was designed to assist emergency personnel in giving you the proper medical treatment if a medical emergency situation should ever arise.

We have developed our version of the Vial of Life program and each time we install an emergency response system, we give one to our subscriber's.  Below is a sample of our program.  In this kit, there is an easy to complete medical information form that you complete, a clear envelope with magnets that can be placed on your refrigerator and a bright colored sticker to place on the main door jam of your home which alerts paramedics that you have a Vial of Life on the refrigerator.

Every senior should have a Vial of Life in their home.  If you've ever gone to the hospital, they ask for a lot of information and if you don't feel well or can't speak, the Vial of Life speaks for you.

We want you to have a Vial of Life in your home.  We care about your safety.  For this reason, we will give you a free Vial of Life.  All you have to do is call us and ask for one or if you prefer, you can print one from our website.  Simply click on the Red Vial of Life logo below to print your own copy.  If you have red paper to print the Vial of Life on, it will be noticed faster by any emergency personnel  that enter your home.
